Shipping policy

1. At Luxora Home Decor, we accept several payment methods, including Cash on Delivery
2. All orders over Rs.4999 are eligible for free shipping.
3. When orders are placed on Sundays or during Pakistan's National Holidays, they will be processed and shipped the next day.
4. The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, during our busy shopping season and major sales events, the delivery time can be up to 7 working days.
5. We will ship orders by registered courier service on the same day if they are placed by 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
6. Dispatch is scheduled for the following day if an order is received after 4:00 pm.
7. When you place your order, you will be asked to provide the address of your residence or office.
8. PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses. All deliveries must be signed for when received. We attempt to deliver your order to the address indicated by you at least twice.
9. Any order above the amount of 15,000 requires at least 2000 as a security deposit which will be adjusted on your total order amount
